From 2008 to 2014 furniture management services provided oversight to the selection of the FF&E procurement package, prepared issued and leveled bid packages to all qualified vendors, coordinated site dimensions with various contractors and subcontractors, performed daily site visits to assure adherence to plans, oversaw the delivery and installation of all furniture, provided cost accounting services to the client and the clients team, maintained a punch list, and closed out the job with all vendors on the clients behalf. In addition to new products, Logistics also managed the knock-down, relocation, and reconfiguration of over 1,000 positions.
