Conrad is a seasoned business strategist and entrepreneur with over three decades of experience in planning, developing, and executing successful business strategies for product and service-based ventures. Throughout his career, Conrad has consistently demonstrated an exceptional ability to manage projects, staff, processes, logistics, and customer satisfaction.

As the Founding Principal of WFM Logistics Management, LLC, Conrad spearheads a furniture management consulting business specializing in providing comprehensive services for clients undertaking corporate relocation projects. Under his leadership, WFM Logistics Management delivers tailored solutions that address the unique needs and expectations of each client. Conrad’s approach emphasizes meticulous focus on the expectations of his clients, translating and implementing those expectations into a plan that ensures adherence to scope, schedule, and budget. This methodical approach provides significant efficiencies, cost reductions, and superior outcomes compared to the traditional FF&E procurement strategy.

Prior to establishing WFM Logistics Management, Conrad served as a Principal of Certified LLC, a premier labor contractor specializing in the receipt, delivery, and installation of demountable glass walls, office furniture, and corporate relocation services. During his tenure, Conrad successfully built and managed a book of business that included many fortune 500 companies. He was instrumental in defining and maintaining the corporate image as the industry’s preeminent service provider, overseeing all aspects of operations, from lead generation and estimating to project management and client relationship management. Conrad’s accomplishments include setting up new warehouse and distribution operations for high-profile clients such as Comcast and securing direct corporate accounts with prestigious organizations including Goldman Sachs, Pfizer, and BlackRock.
 
Before his role at Certified LLC, Conrad held various leadership positions, including Director of Sales and Operations at Arenson Office Furnishings, Inc. Stamford CT. where he was responsible for divisional profitability and played a key role in increasing sales and improving cash flow. Prior to that, Conrad served as a Corporate Account Manager and Sales Representative at Knoll Inc., where he led business development efforts for international corporate accounts, growing service within his existing accounts and generating new business year over year. Conrad’s tenure at Knoll also saw him receive top sales awards multiple times and collaborate with marketing and product development teams to design new product lines and industry-specific marketing materials.
Conrad’s entrepreneurial journey began as the President and Corporate Partner of McMillan Woodworking Inc., where he built the business from scratch, achieving annual sales exceeding $4 million and overseeing a team of 14 employees. His responsibilities included establishing financial infrastructure, managing accounts receivable and payable, and developing budgeting and cash management reports to maintain banking relationships.
 
Conrad holds an MBA in Finance from Pace University and a BFA from Carnegie Mellon University. He is affiliated with industry organizations such as CoreNet, IFMA, and BIFMA, and possesses a diverse skill set encompassing financial management, project leadership, communication, and mentoring. With proficiency in software tools including the MS Office Suite, Excel, Access, Power Point, and Project, Conrad is well-equipped to tackle complex business challenges and drive sustainable growth in any organizational setting.
 
Hobbies include sailing, farming, fishing, motorcycle adventures, and outdoor recreation.
